For no fee, we will work with you to design an office space that serves your every need while allowing flexibility for growth and expansion.
Before you view your newly leased or purchased commercial real estate or after choosing an office space, one of our architectural consultants will draft a suggested floor plan for your organization. As the relocation process continues, we will continue to refine the floor plan to meet all of your preferences.
If you prefer, we are happy work with an outside architect of your choosing.
Some of our clients choose to work with a preferred architect with whom they have an established relationship. Of course, in these situations all fees must be negotiated by the client. We are always glad to accommodate any outside consultant who may design the entire commercial office space or provide any of the following:
